Focusing on Organizational Repositories: Federating Libraries On the Web (FLOW)
Individual scientists, collaborative teams and institutions have bibliographic and general repository needs in common. They represent tiers across which information can flow when technology and metadata standards are partnered to provide an accessible, interoperable framework for digital collections.
